When you enter personal information on our registration and/or order forms it is encrypted using a complex logarithm method before it is transmitted across the internet. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption software. You can recognize the symbol in the address line which will start with https:// instead of the usual http:// , the “s” indicating secure. You will also notice their special icon, a padlock, on the status line. On Microsoft Internet Explorer this is in the centre or just right of centre. On Netscape or Firefox it is in the lower left-hand corner. Some older version of these browsers may display different icons. With the data being encrypted, your information would be indecipherable to a hacker even if he were able to break in and gain access. Sites that have been broken into and had credit card information stolen have not stored the information in an encrypted form.
