ORDERING AND DISTRIBUTION Postage and Packing - $5.00 per order For each order received there is a AUD$5.00 postage charge. This is a one-off charge for each order and not each CD. All shipments are made via Australia Post. Within Australia shipping is regular Parcel Post. Shipping to countries other than Australia is Air Mail. Please contact us for a quote if faster delivery by courier or express mail is desired. You can insure delivery of your order for AU$7.50 for the first AU$100 value or part thereof, plus AU$2.00 for each additional AU$100 value or part thereof, by ticking the "Insure this shipment" check box on the Order Form. The insurance cost will not appear on the order form, but be added when the order is despatched. All prices given are GST inclusive (Australia only) The 10% GST applicable for sales to Australian customers or for delivery to addresses in Australia has already been included in the CD and postage costs and will be itemized in your receipt. Doing things this way means we have been able to balance the extra cost for postage outside of Australia and therefore offer a simple pricing model for customers worldwide. For example, if an order for a single CD @ $26 plus $5 postage, totals $31. For an Australian Customer this $31.00 includes the $2.82 GST. For an overseas customer the ‘extra’ $2.82 goes towards the extra cost of postage. No GST for orders outside of Australia GST does not apply to orders placed by customers for delivery to addresses outside Australia. Email confirmation Once you click the 'complete order and send' button, you will be sent an email confirmation of your order and details. We aim to process and despatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt. Delivery times We aim to process all orders within 3 working days of receipt. Providing the product is in stock, delivery in Australia should be within 5 working days of despatch, and within 14 working days of dispatch to the rest of the world. We will endeavour to comply with any specific delivery requests input at the point of order completion. Please use the message box at the end of the checkout to tell us about any special requests you may have. We attach your despatch note to the front of the parcel and also email (if an email address was provided) a copy to let you know that the items are on their way. In addition to detailing the items in the parcel, the despatch note will give details of items on the order but not included in the despatch. If we part despatch an order you are only charged the shipping calculated at the time of your order. 'Out of Stock' items From time to time items go out of stock. Melba will use its resources to ensure items are not out of stock for more than two weeks.
